Cardboard / Paperboard
Cardboard is a material made from wood pulp, cellulose, and recycled paper. Essentially, it is paper with a greater thickness. It is usually multi-layered, consisting of several layers of paper with different thicknesses and sometimes made from different materials, which are typically pressed together without the use of adhesives. Cardboard is recyclable and biodegradable. For both environmental and cost reasons, more than 70 percent of paper is recycled today.
